Second hub is live, the model travels. Twenty buildings, three depots. Trucks backhaul compost to the farms that bought scraps. Not selling. Turning it.
First setback was the loop. Spring rain soured a windrow, it went anaerobic, a farm sent it back. Lost a week. Fix: cardboard buffer and a slower cure.
Numbers moved. Nine buildings: 2.3 tons a week off the trash bill, sold to four farms at a thin margin. A shared depot scale makes the discount provable.
Founded Loamline: a city block is a mineral deposit nobody priced. Kitchens pay to bury peelings; we haul them to a farm that pays. Not green, a small invoice.
